I want to say a big Thank You to Aspen Hill. They took such loving care of my Mother when she was there. It is the closest you can get to being home. Vickie, Ganet and the entire staff are so professional and caring towards the residents and families. It’s the little things they do and attention to small details that makes the transition from home so much easier on the entire family. In the category of Assisted Living facilities, you found the gold standard right here. Always top notch clean. Attention to detail is a priority in many ways (i.e. use of space, layout of furniture, ways to meet needs of residents, storage space, visitors of residents, nursing scheduling, etc). Nurses are supported by admin and awesome family connections are made between staff and families while working together to bring peace of mind & comfort to both the residents & concerns of loved ones. It is one big giant extended family inside these homes run by Aspen Hill. The expectations they have as a business and as caregivers supersedes even state levels by far. Aspen Hill doesn’t have a waiting list for nothing. Listen carefully, nursing facilities have a stereotype or stigma about them. We all know that. THIS FACILITY is where you all want your loved ones, what we’d like to have for loved ones that are far and away from the “typical facility” you think of in your mind. This isn’t just a business at Aspen Hill. This is family. This is love. This is compassion. They truly do love their residents & build relationships with them & their family & friends who visit & work in tandem with their care. Everyone strives to stay at home as we age, of course. However, If that truly isn’t an option then know, ASPEN HILL IS HOME! ❤️🫶
