The event coordinator is amazing and keeps everyone active and engaged. I know that if our Mother was not in such great hands that she would not be doing this well . I needed assistance finding the resident I came to visit and was taken to her by a most courteous receptionist. As I sat with my friend, she and I were cheerfully greeted by several staff members. Such a welcoming atmosphere.
Aspen Grove is a very clean facility in a quiet setting that is in a central location to the community. The staff is kind and encouraging to the patients and always friendly. There is a check-in/check-out process but it’s easy and fast. Nothing but good things to say about them.
Good morning, I have noticed a strong urine smell in hall 200. It has been 2 weeks, I mentioned it to a couple of your employees and they said they are working on it. Can you tell me what is going on with that? Also mom's enhanced support rate went up and I believe she is not getting as much care from Aspen as she was. Hospice has been taking care of her showers, bed changing and other things for about 8 months.
I really like Aspen Grove, my mom is really happy and safe. I really love the fact that there are daily activities to keep my love one engaged. I highly recommend Aspen Grove if you’re looking for a place for your family member.
