We are all incredibly grateful for all that Opal have provided for my mum and my family, and a special thank you to all staff and outside suppliers that were involved in the wedding vows ceremony held in the courtyard. Felt like a number the whole way through the process. Demoralising and dehumanising.
Staff were great..treated the residents with dignity.
