The staff caring for my 94 year old mother who was bed-ridden told her she put her call light on too many times and they weren't coming to help her anymore and ignored her and didn't help her again. I didn't know that at the time. Another time she called me on her cell phone because she had her call light on for help for hours and nobody came to help her and I called and pushed every option trying to reach a staff member but could not reach anyone. This was at night. I was going to go down there and knock on the windows where the staff sat to get my mother some help. Finally someone came in after many hours of waiting. I reported this the next day to a woman in charge but didn't know about the aids telling my Mom to her face that they were done coming to help her the other time! Never, never, never put your loved one there!!

Too bad I can't give 0 stars, which is more than they deserve. A CNA told me if I didn't do as she told me to, she wouldn't give me my morning meds. Then, there's the horrible food. One night, they served tortellini WITH NO SAUCE. Dry as a bone. When asked, the kitchen staff said they didn't have sauce. Those are just 2 examples of the terrible experience I endured while there.
I placed my mother here for 72 hrs while I had surgery. I am a retired RN and full time caregiver for my mom w Alzheimer's. When I discharged her she was in worse condition than when she was admitted. She had an open wound on her spinal curvature and incontinence induced detmatitis due to inadequate Depends changes...which I provided. Only four were used during her stay, no oral care performed since toothbrush was still in in plastic. I contacted the Director, Molly, and advised her of these issues. No accountability was assumed for my mom's negligent care. Bottom line, I would not recommend this facility.
My friend who is in St Ann's is not having a real positive experience. They forgot her dinner meal yesterday. They didn't give her her pain meds in the morning so she could go to therapy. And they didn't wake her in the morning at 10:00 or 11:00 to go to therapy so she missed out on one therapy today.
I was scheduled to go to ST. Anne's during the pandemic through agency ,they kept canceling me out then when I canceled all shifts from their building they retaliated by not hiring me saying I was not dependable ,it was OK when they canceled me but I was not a dependable person when I canceled them
