My father was in memory care at Asbury Place for about 6 months before he died, and my family and I are so pleased with the care that he received there. It was a very difficult decision to place him in a facility but we were unable to continue to care for him at home. We were happy that he was able to go to Asbury Place since it is close to our home and we could visit him often, but after he was there, we realized that we were incredibly fortunate to have him in such a caring place with wonderful staff. We visited him almost every day and saw firsthand how kind, compassionate, and attentive everyone was to him and the other residents. Caring for people with dementia is a very tough job, and we are so thankful for all of the angels at Asbury Place that cared for my father during his final months.

My Dad moved in in July from another facility, what a blessing the move was for him and my family! When I talked with Erica in sales she asked me what I wanted for my Dad and my response was I wanted him to live and die with dignity and everything that she promised the staff did that and even more! I can not single out any one person because they all were wonderful to my Dad and my family! When my Dad passed away earlier this month the whole staff did a fantastic job taking care of him and making sure we had anything we needed. I would like to thank the whole team at Asbury Place for taking GREAT CARE of my Dad, we could not be any happier with the experience we had there.
My father was memory care at Asbury Heights. We were so pleased with the care that was taken for my dad who lived there for 4 years. Every time I came to visit my dad he was impeccably dressed and groomed. They accommodated my father's passions. My dad was a gardener so they let him plant things outside his room. When that was too much for him they gave him flower pots in his room until he watered them to death so they replaced them with plastic flowers for him to water. Those details where what made it so amazing. I have worked in the senior industry in CO, NJ and NY and have been in over 50 communities. I have yet to visit a community that comes close to the care that my father received here nor have a seen a more thoughtfully laid out community.
CNRP Jonna Drost is a kind-hearted little human who loves her patients & treats each of them like her own family. She is the reason we love asbury.
Lost personal items have never been found. Never shaved so we do not know about bathing. Was unable to see him for 5 weeks before Jo's passing.
