My mom has been living at Artis for over a year now. I've been extremely pleased with the love and care she continues to receive from the entire staff. The most important thing to me is that I feel my mother is safe. I love that there's an excellent nursing staff 24/7. My mom's caregivers are so patient. My mom can also leave her room and walk around the facility (where there is always staff watching), so she's not stuck in her room. The staff leading the daily activities are so creative! The residents receive wonderful stimulation. From the moment I walk in the door and say hello to the delightful and helpful front desk staff to the moment I leave feeling that I made the right choice, I'm so glad I found this fabulous community for my mom. I love artis of huntingdon valley. The staff is phenomenal. Jen the sales person is great. Anitha, Rhonda, Martine, Minette, Kenyatta and Lyn are all phenomenal at their job. My dad loves it there. The place is clean and fun and everything is so wonderful. The activities are great. Everything else is great also. Keep up the good work artis. It is such a fun place to be around.
I can never ever say how amazing Artis HV and their staff are. My father was there for roughly 1.5 years and recently passed away from Alzheimers. We knew when we walked out after our tour that this was the place. Everyone there felt like an extension of our family. He was so loved by everyone there and that meant the world to us. My mom was there almost everyday and my brothers and I would get there weekly. We really saw the care that was given. A big shout out to Kerrie, Rhonda, Tara, Charla, Vernice and Anderson (that's just a few of the amazing people )
I recently found out that a family member was here! How happy I am for her! The facility was beautiful and clean, cozy and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and caring. The warmth shown by everyone gave me comfort in knowing she was there! The lunch served and the kitchen staff were so caring, and the food looked gourmet quality. God bless all of you for your patience and truly caring for each and every resident. Would recommend this facility a million stars!
