In the times that I’ve visited Artis, I’ve witnessed nothing but the highest level of care and compassion displayed by the staff. They really care about their residents. Especially the life enrichment director, Helen McCarthy, who goes above and beyond in scheduling a variety of fun and engaging activities for the residents. The facility is also very clean and well-maintained. Great place to be!

Artis senior living has been a wonderful place for my mom to call home. Becky is such a pleasant person to talk and is always available to talk about any of my concerns. She is also very knowledgeable about dementia and is able to provide information through this journey.
Our family is so thankful for all the workers that help make my mom’s day go well. There are so many people that have a hands on touch to aid mom in getting the daily functioning routines done! Gina has been a tremendous aide to mom! She gets mom laughing and keeps her spirits light hearted. Words do not do justice to the peace of mind the Artist community of workers give our family! Steve in the kitchen getting mom on the grill recently was so sweet to see. It takes a village as the saying goes and we are happy mom has such a loving one around her!
All of the staff are wonderful, and especially the Life Enrichment Director Helen McCarthy. She really cares about these residents!!! Her work ethic is exceptional, and she always goes above and beyond with the many events she organizes. She is an inspiration to everyone, both residents and staff. 5 stars are not enough!
working here is a 10/10, everyone is friendly and always willing to lend a hand. the directors are always on top of everything and trying their best to make Artis a home. the director of my department in life enrichment always has crafts and activities going and goes above and beyond to make sure every neighbor is included. its a pleasure to work with her and also be able to use my own creativity at work.
