My sister was at AW for a couple years before transitioning to Florida to be closer to her sons. AW was great, especially considering my sister is not always easy to deal with! From Joanne the receptionist, to Devon--the head nurse on my sister wing, to Lauren Smith the social worker; they were all very helpful to give my sister the best quality of life that is possible! Thanks to all!!! I would definitely recommend Arnold Walter! Allen

If I could give negative stars I would. I don't know how much this place has paid people for these google reviews but PLEASE check YELP for accurate reviews. This is a 1 star place and that is generous. Your loved one will not get the proper care and PT that they need here. It is dangerous to send them here. My loved one is barley surviving, they were doing better before entering this rehab facility.
Recently my younger sister required long term care for dementia. The nursing home is clean and the staff extremely helpful. They watch her and keep her as happy as they can and I'm very appreciative. They offer labeling and laundry service as needed and is a great help for me as I live 2 hours from the facility...Thank you
My mom went to Arnold Walter today. The service was amazing. They took her clothes tagged them and set up her room. They checked out her health from head to toe. Any accommodation I asked for they made sure they were able to take care of it. I went to check on my mom again tonight and she was playing bingo and was assisted back to her room. I am very happy for her first day. There are lots of activities and the place is alive.
This facility has recently been taken over by new management, terrible management. The food served is scarce and questionable to say the least. My father often goes to bed hungry as his biggest meal of the day can sometimes be a cheese sandwich. I have to bring whatever I can every week including bottled water because the residents were told they have to get their own water after the new management took over. My father says they are often very short staffed, and most of the workers that are there do bare minimum. He is suposed to be getting physical therapy, but they do not provide what was ordered by the doctor after his recent procedure. They are telling my dad that they are entitle to his entire income, even though they are not even providing enough food for their residents. This "NEW MANAGEMENT" needs to be investigated, more thoroughly than the last.
