Armbrook has been a wonderful experience for our family. My 94 year old aunt could no longer live alone, and needed support. Our full time work schedules were too challenging to maintain her safely in our home. Armbrook worked with our family to make a smooth transition for my aunt (and us, too) and she is very happy with her new home! We are very grateful that we found Armbrook, and that our aunt can live independently and safely. My aunt is a joiner and a card player, and Armbrook keeps her busy! The staff are gracious and respectful, the facility and the grounds are neat and organized. Most importantly for my aunt, the food is great and the desserts even better! You will not go wrong trusting Armbrook with your loved one, the decision was hard for us, but it is the best one we have made!

Thank you Compass Memory Support Neighborhood- for the Care you provide to my Mom each and everyday. The entire staff has exceeded my expectations with their genuine compassion as they treat my Mom with both dignity and respect. The Neighborhood is beautiful and the food is great, but more importantly, they are a true Family. Milestone events are celebrated together along with daily activities. This family dynamic is also evident as the staff also provides support to those of us who cannot be with our loved ones.
Armbrook in general is a wonderful place to live. My wife is in compass and it is a great venue for her to live. She is cared for with respect and dignity, and she gets special care geared towards her specific needs. The activities and entertainment is top notch, both for the main residents and the people in compass. The facility is very well maintained and the new multi-generational exercise facility is a nice addition. The food is excellent quality. All I all the people working here are dedicated to providing the best senior living experience as possible.
My Mother has been a resident of the Compass Community at Armbrook Village (AV) for three years. My wife and I could not be happier with the decision to place Mom at AV. The personal care she has received has exceeded our expectations. Her wonderful care is a reflection of the quality of the staff, who strive to build a personal relationship with each of the residents. Fill-in and new staff (CNAs) are vetted and trained to maintain a consistency of standards. The Director and Assistant Director of Compass work tirelessly to to plan and coordinate daily activities designed to meet the needs and interests of their residents. Frequently outside performers and presenters are brought in for entertainment, stimulation, and socialization opportunities. Compass is a caring community. Our communication with Armbrook Village personnel including those in Compass, AV administration, Nursing, and Maintenance has been easy and productive. Staff are always available and willing to assist in any way. Food quality and variety are meticulously planned. The food is nutritious, healthy and tastily prepared. The pride in Armbrook Village is evident as you enter the property and continues through the many facets of the facility, including building and room cleanliness, which are obviously priorities.
I recently moved my mother to Armbrook Village and I have been extremely impressed with the high level of service and care shown by everyone I have come in contact with. Jayda made the transition easy and stress-free for both myself and my mother. She is caring, helpful, and pays attention to all the details which is so important when making a big life change with a family member. I am thrilled that my mother loves her new home!
