Absolutely disgusting place , both the Rehab side and long term. My mom was not helped to the bathroom but left in a diaper. I insisted she had UTI. After 3 days I found out they kept trying to get a urine specimen through catherization. They had tried twice and had put my mom through hell. I told them no more. I got the specimen myself, they were too lazy to walk her to the bathroom. It was positive. When my mom was moved to the long-term side, which they did not inform me until they called me, the room was filthy. The bathroom not clean. From previous patients. Urine all over the floor and toilet. A mouse trap was left on the dresser, even after I complained it was still there. The call bell was outside my mom’s room, went off every time someone hit their bell. It never stopped ringing. Hardly anything for the patients to do, they only had two recreation therapist who are very nice, but not given enough help to make this place happy for long-term patients. Most of the staff were rude and unfriendly. Even the receptionist coming in, were not friendly and never smiled.I’m happy to say I got her tout of there after two weeks of hell. Do not come here. Do not take your loved ones here, especially those who are unable to speak for themselves. ! If you go to a long-term facility that does not have the owner and or administrator consistently doing rounds and checking up on what’s going on, it’s not a good thing.

My grandma came here for rehab and left worse then when she came in. They messed up her appointments multiple times, lost her clothes, left her sitting in pee in a make shift diaper and a bruise on her eye. Her cna claimed it was from her “glasses”. How she would get a bruise randomly on her brow bone while she’s just left in bed most of the day is beyond me. They have one nurse there Brenda i believe is her name and she was wonderful. I would never ever allow anyone from my family to go here again.
This place deserves "0" stars!! Run away from this place as fast as you can!! Please for the sake of your loved one don't let them go there! My MIL was there in November and ended up with a huge bedsore because she is bedridden and they just let her lay in her bowel/urine all day long!!! She ended up with a black eye somehow?? They "tried" to say from her glasses. Seriously? And then couldn't even find her glasses. My husband and daughter happen to see them in corner under her bed and they were all bent up. "Physical therapy". What a joke. They did nothing for her. Also, once she went home she was petrified that people were going to "hurt" her and kept saying "please don't drop me". ' Makes me furious! And so skeptical for what really went on here when we weren’t around. Also one of the elevator’s was broken for several weeks! Such a hazard if needed to evacuate quickly!!!
My mom was just at the facility and it was a horrible experience, I was lied to on purpose the staff especially the nurses are incredibly rude and really don’t seem to care about the patients. I arrived one morning to visit my mom her lips were completely cracked and dry and was getting out of the bed. I fixed her up in the bed and gave her something to drink and put vaseline on her lips. While I was visiting her CNA cane in the room it was almost 12:00 in the afternoon. I asked her if my mom ate breakfast she said sort of, the breakfast was sitting on the ledge of the the window untouched along with the utensils. I pointed to the tray and said then what is that she turned bright red and did not know what to say, I then said there is no reason to lie why are you lying she then walked right of the room and didn’t come back. I visualized patients trying to get out of bed screaming no staff going to check on them while laughing and talking in the hallway. Absolutely disgusting how places like this one gets away with this and when reported they yes you do death and do nothing just to shut you up. Images provide is the breakfast that was untouched that my mother supposedly had some of.
My previous, lengthy review was suspiciously removed along with ALL negative reviews a while ago (in fact, everything tied to this facility on Google seemingly disappeared). So I will keep this new review short and to the point: this facility's negligence and neglect led to the death of my Nana nearly two years ago. I cannot fathom how they are still operating. I do not want anyone else to go through what my family has. Shut this place down.
