I've been a resident for three years and I'm very satisfied with my care here. I have been the president of resident council for over a year. One of my CNAs is Marcel and she is gentle, caring, and always in good spirits. She always brings me up when I am feeling down. I enjoy the activities that go on at the facility, especially making crafts with my friends!

My dad was there for a month and he hated it. He had trouble with cnas and rns. At times they were disrespectful or just didn't do what was asked of them. Some excuses were made including being understaffed. I don't have any desire to go into details but some of the things that happened while he was there are not excusable. However they would apologize after the fact when complained to about issues. These kind of things seem present at every health care facility. So not to pick on Arista care but this was my experience with this place. Rehab was ok.
My father and uncle were both residents at this facility. The care that was provided to them was amazing. Both were able to discharge to home. The staff were very friendly, professional and really care about every resident at the facility. Nothing is too much to ask of them.
The staff of NLC are always on top of everything. They are a well oiled machine lead by experienced & dedicated people. When push comes to shove they step up & take care of their priorities. Very pleased to know them.
My sister-in-law received excellent, compassionate care during her end of life journey. Thankful to all of the staff and doctors who cared for her.
