We have been very satisfied and appreciative of the care our loved one receives at Arden Courts (West Palm Beach, FL), as part of the ProMedica Memory Care Community. The front office staff, reception desk, nursing staff, and attendants on each hall are the VERY BEST. The activities coordinator does a tremendous job of planning and providing activities that are structured to help several levels of ability and with a goal of both involvement of residents, and the building of community through interaction. We trust the staff to inform us of any changes to our loved one's medical condition, habits, routine, etc. The facility is maintained and kept clean. The meals that they provide are nutritious -- and the portions are generous. We inspected and interviewed at other facilities before we decided on Arden Courts - and we are glad that we stuck to our high standards and expectations!

Arden Courts and Kenny Pecoraro came through for us and our family when we really needed it. Our loved one couldn't stay at his current ALF due to wandering and behavioral issues. We had to fine another place quickly and remotely since we don't live locally in Florida. Kenny and the rest of the staff worked with us to get us a virtual tour, answer all our questions, help arrange transport and get our loved one settled; in a matter of just a few days.
The Staff at Arden Courts provided the support my husband needed during his difficult stages of Alzheimer's. Their knowing and understanding of the stages, and overall differences for each of the residents' disease, was handled with respect and care. I was able to observe this on my regular visits within this community. I believe that anyone needing to place their loved one suffering from a dementia related disease will not find a better educated (about the 'how-to' in dealing with the residents), compassionate and caring place. Arden Court has been a life saver to my family. The care my Aunt received previously, pales in comparison to the her experience here. The staff at Arden really cares about my Aunts welfare and is quick to address any concerns immediately. Friendly and supportive. I couldn’t ask for a better Memory Care residence than Arden Court.
After researching dozens of memory care facilities, we chose Arden Court based on location but solidified our decision after speaking with Ken P. Ken provided constant updates, information and I felt as if he held my hand through every step off this very difficult process. I cannot commend him enough for the constant communication and support that was very much needed and I now have a sense of relief and feel assured that my dad will be well taken care of. I cannot thank Ken and Arden court enough for the peace of mind he has provided.
