I have been in senior living since 2004. It is an honor to share what an exceptional team the Arden Courts King of Prussia community displays. I have been blown away by the dedication, determination and commitment Nicole and Alexis have shown families, residents and staff. There is a reason this community has become the memory care community of choice and a preferred provider for so many health professionals. No matter the situation for each potential resident the thoughtful solutions on behalf of this united team pulls together the most valuable and effective tools to make positive outcomes happen. The most impressive detail to note is the knowledge that Arden Courts has when it comes to the various types of dementia. When Alexis speaks about dementia it is easy to see that this compassion and empathy is next level. An advocate anyone would be proud to have. I have never seen such a level of kindness. What a solid listener. The programs are well thought out and provide engagement for all levels of need. I will continue to recommend this remarkable community. Thank you for giving people peace of mind. For many families this diagnosis for their loved one feels like a horrible end of life but after coming to Arden Courts client feedback is that sitting with Alexis and Nicole they make it feel like there is an opportunity of joyful moments and a peaceful transition ahead. What truly sets Arden Courts apart is their willingness to accept and support individuals that many other facilities cannot accommodate. For anyone seeking a memory care that prioritizes compassion and individualized care, especially for those with complex needs, this is a place that delivers beyond expectations. When we needed to find a new facility for my Mom, our first stop was to Arden Courts in KoP. After our appointment and tour with Alexis Ferrara, we decided to look no further. Alexis basically took over assuring us that they would be able to care for my Mom and handled all of the necessary paperwork effortlessly and efficiently. The day my Mom arrived, Alexis was right there to greet her and make her feel welcome. Knowing what a difficult transition this was for all of us, Alexis reassured us with continued contact and pictures. Even though my Mom’s time at Arden Courts was just over a month, our family felt a sense of relief knowing she was getting the care and comfort she deserved during her last days. My family will always be grateful to Alexis, Nicole and the staff at Arden Courts for their dedication and compassion given my Mom. Thank you.
When it came time to find a safer living situation for my dad, Arden Courts was phenomenal in the transition. Not only did they tailor my dad's transition to his needs, all of the staff have been unbelievably supportive of my mom's adjustments to the changes in my dad's personality and behavior over the past 9 months. The facility feels like home. They encourage the residents to attend the various daily programs. My dad especially enjoys the evening 'book club' and the live music programs. The nurses are responsive and have addressed any of my families concerns promptly. The outdoor space is amazing. We love knowing dad is safe and active. Take a tour, meet the people. Definitely five stars!
After a challenging period of my dad being in and out of hospitals and rehabs, I was looking for a long-term care facility in Pennsylvania and was referred to Arden Courts in King of Prussia. I am so grateful for this recommendation. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make the transition as smooth as possible. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing me flexibility for a tour and assisting with everything—from guiding me on coordinating transportation with the New Jersey facility to sending me pictures upon his arrival. Their consistent check-ins during his first few days helped reassure me that he was settling in well. The staff is both proactive and responsive, reaching out to provide updates and always being available when I have questions. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so kind and compassionate, which has been a tremendous comfort during this difficult time. The facility itself is thoughtfully designed to support dementia patients, offering a layout that allows residents the freedom to move around and maintain independence within the community. This setup has been perfect for my dad, and it’s clear they truly prioritize the well-being and dignity of their residents. In addition to taking great care of my dad, the team has been incredibly supportive of me as well, guiding me through what could have been an overwhelming process occurring over just a few days. I can’t recommend Arden Courts King of Prussia enough for families looking for compassionate and professional dementia care.
