After reviewing at least 12 memory care facilities in the Allentown area My daughter and I selected Arden Courts as a place for my wife. That was 10 months ago: we have nor regretted that decision. The staff is so caring - they do whatever is necessary to keep the residents content. The food is excellent! Activities are planned to keep the residents engaged. The facility is very clean - residents rooms are cleaned weekly. The administration is prompt to address any issues that’s arise. My wife is very happy at Arden - has many new friends.

I am a Physical Therapist with H2 Health and currently treating a full caseload of patients at Arden Courts (Allentown) on Hamilton Blvd. The entire staff is welcoming, caring and work as a team to take care of all the residents and their loved ones needs. Everyone is always willing to lend a helping hand and treat each other and the residents like family. Upon entering Arden Courts for the first time, I was impressed with how well groomed the residents were and found this facility to be fresh smelling and clean. Over the past 30 years, I have worked in many facilities and unfortunately this is not always the case. A typical day at Arden Courts is upbeat and happy. The residents participate in many stimulating activities which include singing, playing games, memory activities, exercising etc. The residents love and look forward to the daily snacks and drinks provided, while they socialize. The facility is always beautifully decorated ( indoors and outdoors) with holiday and seasonal themes. I especially love and appreciate the enclosed and safely secured outdoor walking pathway, which extends around the building. When the weather is nice, I will walk my patients outdoors to get some fresh air. As a special bonus, they are always delighted when they can pick cherry tomatoes in the outdoor garden.
I researched about a dozen memory care facilities when I had to place my mom and chose Arden courts. After a bumpy personal adjustment, she is doing really well and thriving. The staff are warm, friendly and caring people. They care for the seniors with such compassion and empathy even when they aren’t treated the same. It takes a special person. The facility is clean and my mom is well taken care of, I no longer have to worry. They have daily activities and family events, which is really nice & engaging. One area of improvement is communication. I wish I received updates regularly & proactively, but calling, stopping by and asking a lot of questions is needed. You can’t stop being your loved ones health advocate after they get placed in a facility.
Arden Courts Allentown is an amazing community. They offer great quality care to their residents and provide a safe, fun, and secure environment. The staff go above and beyond for the residents and families. They show their passion with love, care, and support. The community offers a variety of activities, clean space, and friendly staff. I would recommend this community and know for certain families will have peace of mind that their loved ones are being well taken care of. Thank you all for what you do.
After careful consideration, our family chose to move our loved one in Arden Courts Allentown. The physical facility offered numerous amenities that were not available at other memory care locations, such as their outdoor area. Arden Courts also provided more working staff on the floor than anywhere else we checked. Tay, who served as our counselor and who managed the move into the facility, made us feel like family from the beginning. She went out of her way to make my loved one's transition easy, and she lovingly added touches to the room so that it felt like home. I want to thank the whole team there, including Angela, Denise & Laura, Melissa, Antoinette and the rest of the staff who have taken steps to ease this process for us.
