Our experience was awesome with Hunter. They show us all the layouts and explain everything. Love the staff, Naalena is wonderful too. Come and rent were they treat like family. I am blind and they were very descriptive and guide me through out the plan of the Ap homes. Thanks again Hunter for helping us find out beautiful home.

Antonio Osborne is a great Leasing Consultant. He took his time in showing me and my mother the property. He was patient , knowledgeable and kind. It was almost closing time and he took his time talking to us and answering all our questions . Great Job making us feel welcomed at Arden 55+ Active living . This place is really mind blowing.
I recently came to visit Arden at Huntersville, and let’s just say our tour was nothing short of spectacular. Antonio was so welcoming, polite and very professional yet, made us feel like a part of the Arden family. The Arden is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are a 10/10. If you are 55+ and looking to live in place that offers a peace of mind, yet has so much to offer; Arden at Huntersville is the place to be!
I signed on board with Arden At Huntersville back in December 2023 when they were in the beginning of their building process. Their communication and follow up from their staff is impressive. From the beginning Hunter, Nahleena, Perla and Heather have made my transition a smooth one as I was relocating from Florida. I moved in on July 3rd and Arden did not disappoint. The property is just beautiful and, I am thrilled with my new home! The builder spared no expense with the quality and craftsmanship used to build this property. The area is so convenient to all kinds of shopping, medical needs, restaurants, etc. The monthly events and activities Arden provides allowed me the opportunity to meet some of my lovely neighbors! I highly recommend Arden to anyone looking for a 55+ community to call home!
I came to visit Arden for a second time, first time it was still under construction so I was not able to see much. This time Perla took me for a tour of the community and showed me all the different models that I was interested in. She took the time to answer questions. I’m impressed with the design and beauty of the amenities and building in general. I wish that there were a security fence around the property, I would feel safer walking around the property late at night.
