One year ago, my mother had a medical episode and could no longer remain in her home, in our darkest hour we called Arcare Warriewood and Liza helped us navigate the Aged Care system. The RN Coasters of Chris, Shital & Harshdeep are caring and respond to all my mother’s medical needs. The Nurse Practitioners Amy & Rachel are a welcomed additional support for onsite continuation of care. The Care staff & Nick could not be more caring and Maria is a delight with her bright and bubbly personality .The food service is restaurant quality headed by Chef Manuel. At the monthly Food Focus meetings residents are encouraged to give their feedback and participation into the new seasonal menus The Lifestyle staff headed by Robbie put together the monthly event calendar which is actioned packed for all levels of engagement, they also decorate the residence for all events and mum loves joining in the fun. Fiona at Front desk is always there to assist with her bright smile and can-do attitude & Café staff are so helpful and are very interactive with residents. Mum has developed a passion for Jigsaw puzzles and when she has trouble completing her puzzle and needs assistance it becomes a community effort, especially from Nick. David the maintenance Co Ordinator noticed the need for a bigger puzzle board for her and created one. During the colder months David ensured that the air conditioning was at a controlled temperature to keep her cosy . Helen & Maude visit regularly to give Mum spiritual comfort and lots of cuddles from Maude. Mum has decorated her Suite to her taste and her outside garden setting is adorned with colourful potted flowers and fairy lights, which gives her such pleasure. Mum has regular loving visits from her adored King Charles Spaniel Lucie, which gives her so much joy. The other day my mother said Arcare is her home now and she is so happy, I feel very confident Mum is in a safe and caring environment. one year later Mum is thriving.

Our elderly Mother has been a resident of Arcare Warriewood for a year now. The staff show patience, understanding and compassion to her every day. There are plenty of activities for those wanting to participate. The environment at Arcare is peaceful, the facilities are clean and well maintained. We are very happy with the care our Mother is receiving at Arcare Warriewood. Kerrie Holmes
My Dad has been at Arcare Warriewood since it first opened in 2019 and he very much calls it his ‘home’. The staff - from Fiona at Reception to the Carers, Nursing staff and Management work very hard to look after Dad’s needs. They are friendly, supportive and attentive When there is an issue - they are responsive and take appropriate action to resolve it - Thank You team Warriewood!
The owner of Mi kids long day care, we have a wonderful connection with the team and residence of arcare at Warriewood. Our preschoolers have meaningful interactions with the residence for their inter generational program. Always going beyond to ensure residences needs are catered for and care is exceptional.
Thanks to the Team at Arcare Warriewood for looking after my Mum. We love the individual care, the many activities, friendly staff, the excellent facilities and proactive communication with families.
