A great example of a beautiful and really well kept aged care facility, in the heart of Helensvale. Westfield shopping centre is so close, as well as the local shopping centre a stones throw away. The staff at Arcare Helensvale have a heart for people, and the facility has great food options, and daily and weekly activity opportunities for those so inclined for something more.
A lovely Aged care Facility, in the top of the Gold Coast, not far from westfield and the Gold Coast themeparks. The staff range from all corners of the world adding an abundance of culture and diversity to the facilities rich atmosphere and experience. Also a very well kept facility, and absolutely stunning gardens and outdoor area.
My 92 year old mother has been there for close to 4 years now. She is comfortable and the staff are amazing. It is always clean and Cafe is amazing.
Absolutely wonderful facility! Staff are very caring, helpful and professional towards both family members and residents. I've always left with a smile from the way my gran in treated and from the comments my gran says to me about the staff, without a doubt Arcare Helensvale has definitely changed our perspective on the stigma about aged care facilities💯
