I left my father at Arbors at Fairlawn for a week in respite care while I was out of country. Ms. Megan Learn helped me with the admission process. My father is physically independent and we were in touch over the phone during his stay so that I knew he was in good hands. We had a positive experience with the facility. I am looking forward to leaving my dad at respite care at Arbors in the future while my family is on vacation.

We've had a close family friend transfer to this facility thinking it would be a good fit. He was told he would get his own private room but a year or more later- he is still waiting Unfortunately he is also starving to death in there How can you feed them egg salad sandwich for dinner - or a hot dog.. he's down to 148lbs from being a healthy adult... He is bed ridden and no one ever works with him to get him up and motivated- he wasn't bed ridden before he got there....
My father moved into Arbors at Fairlawn in January. Megan (administrator) helped me with the process and made me feel at ease as we needed him to be in a pending Medicaid bed. Social worker Stephanie has been extremely helpful with the process of Power of Attorney. My father really likes the STNA Kyelynn, he goes out of his way to help my father, ensure his needs are met and always does it with a smile. Thank you for taking care of my father.
I come to this facility as a hospice nurse and the team here is amazing. The nurse and aides really care about their patients. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. You can tell they take pride in their work.
Absolutely a fantastic facility friendly environment, clean and sanitized, staff is amazing with communication and team work very welcoming
