Such a beautiful and clean care center! The staff are all so helpful and cheerful. There kindness and attentiveness creates such an inviting environment for healing during rehab. I haven’t personally experienced their long term care however, I have a close friend who has a loved one there and she is very pleased with the care they provide. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing rehab or nursing home care.

This place currently has amazing staff that cares. It appears they had to clean house to get great nurses! Residents are well taken care of & express their happiness, the facility offers in activities!
Very disappointed with this place. When we put my dad there, they made it sound as though they were loving and attentive to their patients. I went to visit my dad on a morning and he was clearly not feeling well. His lips were so dry and he was asking me for water. He was so dehydrated. I told the staff and they said they will make sure he gets plenty of fluids and he needed some rest. I left for that day and no more than 5 hours later they sent him by ambulance to the hospital. He passed 2 days later due to a UTI that was so bad his organs started shutting down. Horrible place for a family member!
This review is particularly about Valerie the CNA ✨ I transported her and a patient and I must say that she is very sweet and caring you can absolutely tell that she cares about her patients and the people that she cares for. She conversates with them and shows interest in the things that they talk about and their concerns. Finding people who are truly genuine about caring for others and who truly love what they do is rare nowadays. You can tell that she does just that she's an absolute gem! Facilities like this need more people like her! Not people who are just there for paycheck!! ❤️ Valerie you are amazing and stay yourself ❤️ Arbor View in general is a great facility in a beautiful area and so far has some of the best people to care for you! -Kathryn with Metrocare Ambulance
