Before you place your loved one here, think again. This is not assisted living and is probably against the law in Pennsylvania to advertise as such..An assisted living facility must have a nurse 24/7. Arbor terrace doesn’t have any nurses after 3:00. They do not keep records of anything. Or act on anything.. They do not evaluate the status of their residents or assist in anything. They say that they do periodic evaluations but our loved one had t had one a long time. Turns out our loved one was put into flu quarantine, after spending days in the hospital and then not fed or even checked on. Then we discovered that her residence was filled with bed bugs. Her sheets were covered in filth , blood and bugs.. Nobody had changed the sheets in a long time.. This all happened in the period of one week…. We have moved our loved one to a real assisted living facility . if your loved one needs help, don’t send them here..Arbor terrace is just a very expensive apartment complex.

Arbor Terrace Willistown is a clean, beautiful and welcoming community staffed by very caring and helpful people! I have the pleasure of working with Glenn, the Facilities Director, and Alexis, the Executive Director, and can't say enough positive things about them. They are incredibly professional, efficient, and always goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly for our renovation projects. Whether it's handling resident requests, managing projects or just generally speaking with people, Glenn and Alexis' attention to detail and proactive approach make a huge difference. They are truthful, approachable, and always willing to lend a helping hand no matter the request. It's clear that Glenn and Alexis both genuinely care about their work and the people they serve.
