My experience with Arbor Terrace Roseland has been nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked through the doors, I have always felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere, thanks to Marie at the front desk. The staff is incredibly compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to the well-being of every resident. The community is always clean, beautifully maintained, and offers a vibrant environment. Angela in activities does a fantastic job providing a variety of engaging programs that keep residents active and socially connected. What stands out most is the genuine care and respect the entire team shows to each resident. From Martha to Lindsey&Kris to Judy&Kerry, everyone contributes to creating a safe, supportive, and loving environment. I highly recommend Arbor Terrace Roseland to anyone looking for a high-quality assisted living community!
As an artistic partner of Arbor Terrace Roseland, I have had the pleasure of collaborating with their activities team on a number of different projects. Earlier this year, we partnered together for a "Wish Upon a Star" celebrating the musical treasures from Walt Disney. Angela and her team truly went above and beyond in making this a memorably unforgettable experience for all of the seniors, their children, and grandchildren. I have seen this same kind of dedication outside of the concerts also. While I perform for a number of senior living communities throughout the Mid-Atlantic, not all of them are created equal. I recommend Arbor Terrace Roseland not simply from my work as a musician but also as one who has the difference made in the lives of so many through their countless efforts.
The outside looks like a modern townhome which certainly helps in reinforcing the fact it is a home to many. Moving inside, the staff is where the rubber meets the road and by far exceeds expectations. From figuring out dining groups to daily basic needs it is all done with a smile while protecting residents dignity. The connection to family is also an important aspect and is very helpful to receive app notifications when family members participate in activities or require more supplies. For what appears to be complex situation to a family like Thanksgiving, Joy and her staff easily overcame a longer than anticipated visit by ordering in meals to the room giving the resident much happiness. Donna and her staff made paperwork and physical arrangements a breeze with likeminded organization skills which exceed family expectations.
We have been servicing the HVAC equipment at Arbor for many years, and our technicians can attest that it is a wonderful place to work and live. The dedication to residents' comfort and the courteous, kind behavior of the maintenance and facility staff towards both residents and technicians is commendable. Each time we are there, we see firsthand how deeply they care for their employees, vendors, and residents.
