As a physical therapist, I had the chance to give a presentation to the residents at Arbor Terrace on Fall Prevention and Physical Longevity. The common areas, dining room, and activities room were all super clean, and the staff was so friendly and helpful in getting the residents where they needed to be. I worked with Xiomara Padilla, the community sales director, to set everything up, and she made the whole process really easy. If you or your parents or grandparents are looking for a welcoming and well-kept retirement community with an amazing staff, I definitely recommend Arbor Terrace of Norwood!
Arbor Terrace Norwood is an excellent assisted living facility. Lori Mikajlo, the facility Memory Care Director, and the dedicated team foster a high-quality, caring and supportive environment for their residents. I would recommend Arbor Terrace to anyone seeking a top-notch community for themselves or a loved one.
When I contacted them I was impressed by how proactive and accommodating they were. They were in the best way eager about helping me find the right option right away, which showed their dedication to their customers. They worked with my budget and provided excellent customer service from the start. Although I ultimately didn’t move into this facility, Because of a difference in my plan of location to stay in Los Angeles. I would highly recommend them to anyone searching for a place for their family. Their commitment to meeting individual needs and ensuring satisfaction was evident throughout my interaction with them.
I am an Occupational Therapist and have worked in multiple Assisted Living facilities within Bergen County area. I can confidently say this is one of the best facilities within the area. The staff here has been amazing and proactive when working with residents. All staff members have great relationships with the residents and provide caring assistance when needed. They provide a great activity program to increase social interaction with community members and ensure residents are being physically active. Staff is constantly having meetings to stay up to date with best care they can provide as well as interactive meetings with residents to improve their wants and needs within the facility. This is a place that I would be comfortable having a family member of my own stay.
