My Mother is very happy at Arbor Naperville. When she presses her call button, someone responds very quickly. And with a smile! The food is excellent andd a tremendous value. Her only complaint is “They give me too much!” My family is no longer worried about our Mom. It’s great to visit and spend time with Mom instead of taking care of chores that she no longer could do herself. We also know that if she needs help any time of day, she doesn’t have to wait until one of us can get there. The staff are very responsive to any of our concerns. They are great and seem to care about the residents. The community seems to be well managed and is always bright, charming, and clean. The activities are great! There are so many for the residents to choose from every day. My Mother is thriving at Arbor Naperville. You should be very proud of the many wonderful people on staff here. I would give Arbor Naperville a 10 out of 5 stars if I could. They have gone above and beyond. They have a tremendous amount of patience. Thank you all for your kindness and the awesome care and support you provide our Mom.

Arbor Terrace Naperville is the best place for loved ones. The care team is excellent and treat the residents with respect and dignity. Monsie is excellent, caring, thoughtful and goes above and beyond She has cared for my mom for many years and Mom and the family trust her and the team. There is no other program like Bridges that I could find anywhere and so grateful and thankful to the care and activities team and all the other teams.
My mom moved into the Bridges neighborhood early in April 2025 and has had a great experience so far. The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff is so friendly, and they go out of their way to really get to know the residents. They also keep the residents productively engaged in fun activities all day. My mom is genuinely happy there, and it’s great to see her making friends. They are taking excellent care of her, so we are so happy we chose Arbor Terrace.
Our Mom moved into Arbor Terrace Naperville in August 2024. She has had a wonderful experience living here. Staff is caring, friendly and works with mom to meet her individual needs. The facility is modern and clean. There are many activities planned that are enjoyable and engaging. She has made friends and likes socializing with them especially at meal times in the dining room. Our family has peace of mind knowingly she is happy and well cared for at Arbor Terrace.
Our mom, Lois, has been at this lovely facility for 14 months. She is happy and has had wonderful care. We are particularly grateful for the loving kindness of the nurse aide named Leslie. Our mom really loves her and she is so gentle and sweet. Yan, a nurse, is another favorite! Her compassion not only for our mom but for us is so appreciated! Christine Dunn is the nurse manager. She has gone above and beyond to attend to so many details related to our mom’s care. Christine, the engagement director, is amazing!!! She really gets to know the residents and they do so many neat activities that I want to join in too! The concerts are fabulous! Christine even dressed as the Easter bunny for cute photos at the extraordinary Easter brunch. The residents here become like family to one another and the staff. We feel blessed for their care.
