I had attended a class to become Dementia certified today at Arbor Terrace Mount Laurel. It was truly an amazing experience! Kathy is an amazing teacher and the staff are so kind and friendly. I work in hospice care and to see all of the support that the residents receive is heart warming, they are truly a family!

We were grateful to have found Arbor Terrace Mt. Laurel; for our Mom. She appreciated all of the kindness of the staff, very clean facility, the extra care received when her health at 94 started to decline was a blessing. They helped her get dressed daily and made her feel "alive" and valued. Always clean and cared for. The nurses, aids, receptionist, med tech were always available to answer questions and keep our family informed. Punam, the Executive Director responded to our needs for our Mom quickly. We knew were were at the right place. Although our Mom passed while there, her final days were given respect, care, and yes, even love from the staff.
The staff at Arbor Terrace is so genuinely compassionate and thoughtful. After my grandfather passed away they went above and beyond to care for my grandmother. The staff member’s regular visits, reminders and encouragement for my grandmother to go to meals in the dining room and join activities has been so helpful as she navigates the grieving process. We are so grateful that an assisted living as exceptional as Arbor Terrace exists.
You could not find a more wonderful place to have your loved one cared for. The entire staff is incredible. The Director, Punam is so lovely and personally invested in her residents' success. Kathy, the Memory Care Director is unbelievable at her job. Completely accessible 24/7. She even visited my mom in the hospital and brought my family snacks. The Care team, Pansy, Sandra, Maggie, Fabien, Marie & all of the other ladies care so tenderly and beautifully for the residents. They are so patient and loving. Really beautiful people. Amanda in sales, was wonderful , no matter how many requests we had. She and Jess don't stop caring after the contract. They asked what my mom's favorite snack was and brought it to her when she moved in. They host their own special events for the residents. Amanda even brought me a treat, after my mom's hospital stay, knowing it was a stressful week. The nurses and Laura & the activities staff are wonderful as well and sweet JJ in maintenance treats you like family. The building is very clean, beautiful and very well maintained. The Arbor Terrace, Mt. Laurel Community made a very emotional decision process, so much easier. I knew the first time I visited that I was making the best decision possible for my mom.
Arbor Terrace Mt Laurel is a beautiful and welcoming place! It is a very well maintained facility, and all the employees are always willing to help out in any way.
