Moving my dad to Arbor Terrace was one of our best decisions. The staff is wonderful and caring, including everyone from the front desk to the administration. The dining staff would know him by name and always greet him, and they knew some of the things he liked. The onsite physical therapy team was great, and Craig was exceptional with my Dad. Dad was nervous about moving into a senior community, but they made him feel at home. Living at Arbor Terrace brought him a lot of joy and I will be forever thankful for his years there!

Looking for a place for our 93 year old neighbor. Nicole was thorough when taking the tour. She was also very knowledgeable when answering our questions. It is a good fit for our neighbor, and I would highly recommend Arbor Terrace!
If you want to see your loved one failing then memorycare is the place to accomplish that. However if you care about your loved one and wish to ensure their longevity then seek another facility as the director of memorycare and the upper management at the facility is only concerned about superficial appearances. The cosmetic look is golden but once you have signed on you will see all the cracks revealed that are in their foundation and once your back is turned you will see the true service for your money. Think twice as this is a costly decision on many fronts!
I moved into Arbor Middletown approximately a year ago. Years living alone, waiting for busy relatives to visit or a friend to call I found myself with a small quiet life. I had unfairly put pressure on my loved ones to be responsible for my happiness. Looking to them for my happiness. Within weeks of moving to Arbor I met new friends and was sharing three delicious meals with interesting people in a dining room - not in front of a T.V. as I was at home. I became acquainted with Talia, the wonderful Engagement Director who with her team keeps everyone busy with activities both inside and outside the facility. Local restaurants, theater and picnics fill my days, not waiting for Pat Sajak to start spinning the Wheel. For me, Arbor was not the last chapter in my life, in fact it marked a new beginning. Looking Forward-
My mom just moved into independent living, after coming to terms that she can’t go back home. The place is really nice and the staff have been so kind and helpful (to both of us). My mom is struggling to adjust but I have faith in the staff there. They keep me posted & really try to make my mom feel special and get her involved. Debra has been an angel, visiting my mom in the nursing home, prior to her moving in, addressing concerns, rolling out the red carpet for my mom on move in day (literally), checking in on her, and getting to know her likes to get her involved in the right activities. I’m confident my mom is safe there, and that the staff is doing everything in their power to help my mom adjust!
