My parents have lived at Arbor Terrace Herndon Independent Living for the last couple years. It is a wonderful facility with great staff, friendly residents and a welcoming atmosphere. My parents’ apartment is spacious, comfy and well maintained. There are many pleasant common areas (indoor and outdoor) for residents to spend time in. There are concerts and other activities. Nicole and the rest of the staff have always been caring and accommodating to my parents’ needs. Harvey (an especially wonderful, warm human being) and the other friendly folks at the front desk are terrific and available to help 24/7. I highly recommend Arbor Terrace Herndon if you are looking for a friendly, homey Independent Living facility for yourself or a loved one.

We moved my mom into Arbor Terrace last month and could not be happier. Her apartment is very spacious with lots of natural light. The entire staff is amazing!!! Residents are very friendly and go out of their way to welcome the new residents. Thanks everyone at Arbor Terrace!
I reviewed several Independent Living facilities here in Northern Virginia. I was especially impressed with how friendly all the residents were here at Arbor Terrace. The facility is clean, well kept, and appealing. My apartment has wooden floors and was recently repainted. The staff here are well informed, courteous, and friendly. Our activities are varied; there is something for everyone. I would recommend Arbor Terrace to anyone looking for a safe, friendly, and interesting place to live.
We were recommended to Arbor Terrace by our locator. It turned out to be the perfect fit. The staff has been great to work with. The building is clean and well maintained. Mom's pretty happy with the food, too! The family is also very happy to have additional services like PT under one roof. Every resident we've spoken with has been very happy and many have been there for several years. A pet friendly building is an added bonus.
I am touring my mother in law around to various retirement communities. The team at Arbor Terrace in Herndon is so warm and friendly. The aesthetics of the common areas and apartments are great! We were invited to have dinner here and the food was so good. I have no doubt that my mother in law would be happy and well taken care of! Kudos to Pauline, Nicole, Jasmine and the rest of the team at AT!
