My sister and I recently took our mother to visit Arbor Terrace as a possibility for placing our mother. Staff were professional, engaging and knowledgeable. There was a real sense of community among the residents and staff. My sister and I would be very comfortable placing our mother in this retirement home when she is ready for it.

Both of my parents have been residents of Arbor Terrace Athens since earlier this year and we cannot be more happier with our choice in assisted living facilities. The level of care at Arbor Terrace in unmatched. The staff is attentive to the needs of my parents. They are professional and caring. They keep the family well informed in a very kind manner. We are exceptionally happy with our loved ones being in their care!
Every time, I visit Arbor Terrace, I'm always greeted with smiling faces. From the residents to the staff, everyone seems happy to be there. Judy always says hello upon arrival. Alice is one of the main reasons we chose Arbor Terrace and Dyana is why my in-laws want to continue to stay there. There has not been one day that we have regretted that they are at Arbor Terrace. It truly is a special place to call home.
All the staff at Arbor Terrace are so kind, caring, and attentive. There are many activities for residents at all levels of care and many activities can be customized for individual residents. These things make AT a great place for our beloved elders. Plus, the food is excellent and served in a dignified way in the dining room! I am so glad I chose AT for my dear husband.
We cannot begin to thank the staff at Arbor Terrace enough for the warm welcome, continued support and engagement and excellent communication they provide to families. To know our mom is safe, loved and well taken care of is an answered prayer!!
