My parents moved to Arbor Ridge independent living after a life changing situation. They are both very happy with the community. It is beautiful, welcoming, inviting, and always spotless. The management and staff have been so supportive and go out of their way to make sure my parents are happy and have everything they need. A few months after moving in my mother transitioned to Horizons, Arbor Ridge’s memory care. Again the management and the staff went above and beyond to help my parents and my sister and I with a difficult transition. We are grateful for the love and support we have received and would highly recommend Arbor Ridge!

I had the pleasure of meeting several employees at Arbor Ridge while seeking care for our mother. And every single person was so kind and it felt so genuine. Desiree went above and being to help us out. The facility is absolutely beautiful as well. I would highly recommend Arbor Ridge to anyone seeking care for their loved one. It is obvious they all care so much about their residents as well as the family members. You all make a such a difference, always remember that! You may not think you do, but taking the time to be so kind and listen means the world to us.
We are hoping to place our mom at Arbor Ridge in the near future and wanted to check it out as we heard great things about the place. Desiree Utterback met us at reception and we began the tour. What a beautiful facility and Desiree was impressive. Her knowledge, compassion, and sincerity was genuine. She answered all our questions with clear answers and patience. Several of the residents stopped to chat with Desiree just to say hi. We could feel the sense of community and belonging at this place. We highly recommend both Desiree and Arbor Ridge in Huntsville, NC.
We have been so pleased with our mother’s new home. The staff is friendly and kind. The accommodations are lovely and filled with light. It is so comforting to know she has access to good meals, activities and social interaction. The public areas are so beautiful as well. Lots of fun activities for interaction. So happy to have her there.
