My family member has been discharged from Northern Dutchess Hospital to "Bluebird Wing" for rehab after an L5 compression fracture in late May 2024 and after a left hip fracture in November 2024. During regular "business hours", one might be connected with various offices. After business hours, it's banned near impossible to reach ANY human being via phone, even when prompted by automated answering instructions to "dial extension 360 to speak with a staff member immediately" and doing so, the phone will ring approximately 7 times before hanging up on the caller, especially during weekends. I believe this lack of access to ANY staff member is dangerous and extraordinarily unprofessional.

My mother spent 8 years living here. After a short adjustment period she was very happy. There are many wonderful people living here.
