Went to visit family friend is in care there in room 103-a, James. The staff was greatly friendly, they were professional in their work, even offer me and my mother something to drink as the were serving lunch to residents. The were friendly and beautiful people there. Greeted at front desk and told us how to get to the room we needed. I commend the staff for their professionalism.
The very best CNA is Jen.She continues to care and go above and beyond. She makes me feel safe in the facility. Dana is also a great help she had taken care of me since I came here. She has been here for me always. I DONT know how I would have gotten through my son’s death without her. Being away from family is hard. She is promote and drops what she is doing to help all her resident.
I had the opportunity to participate in Arbor Rehabs Trunk or Treat event they hosted for the community. It was beyond what I was expecting! It was planned out so well , they had so many staff members participating with decorated cars and passing out treats. Their residents were trick or treating along with kids from the neighborhood. Residents and staff members all seemed so happy. I will definitely be participating again next year.
I recently went to Arbor Rehab Nursing in Lodi when they had a blood drive. I don’t find myself needing to visit these types of facilities (at lest not yet), but was genuinely surprised by how clean and inviting this experience was! The staff were extremely friendly and cordial. They were smiling and looked like everyone enjoyed being there. There was an elderly lady who was being visited by perhaps her two sons in the lobby area and they were laughing and talking throughout their visit when I was there. The blood drive was done very well too. And Arbor unexpectedly provided free subway sandwiches for all the blood donors.
