I would like to commend the staff at Arbor Lane in their excellent service for my mother in the memory care unit. Being a caregiver takes a lot of effort in patience, understanding, respect and commitment to give the best support they can to each resident in their most challenging years. The staff at Arbor Lane demonstrated this ability to work with my mother in every aspect of her progression. Throughout the time she spent there, I could see that she was in very good hands. Again, thank you Julie and to the staff at Arbor Lane!

We feel so fortunate to have found Arbor Lane Memory Care for our mom. Though it was difficult for her to leave her home of many decades, I can honestly say that she is now happier than I have seen her in years. There are several activities for her to participate in each day including: art, music, exercise, interaction with children, speakers, travel logs, worship, etc. She enjoys these immensely. The staff are easy to communicate with and are so in touch with mom's needs. They offer expertise consistently in a kind and nurturing manner. Arbor Lane has personalized, comfortable apartment living, for privacy when desired. Large windows in the apartments and common areas along with outdoor excursions add to the feeling of being one with the world. Mom had another placement previously, and Arbor Lane is heads and tails above in all areas. Thanks to Julie and the staff for providing such stimulating expert care in a beautiful environment.
The last eight months our Mom was at Arbor Lane Memory care and we were so pleased with her loving care. Julie and her staff treated and took care of Mom as if she was their own parent. Mom was involved in so many activities and Bingo and crafts with the childcare center located in their building. 91 years old and she went on a camping trip and cruise.....those months at Arbor Lane were the best months of her life.....I highly recommend this care center and Memory care...they were a God send for our family and our Mom.....and we thank them so much....Daughter of Lorraine LePage
My Mom entered Arbor Lane assisted living about a year ago . It was difficult for her to leave her home at 91 due to a stroke and fall. But the kind and loving care all of the staff gave her nurtured her heart, soul and body. Brought her good friends, good health care , good food. Met her spiritual needs . So much entertainment and fun festivities happening she didn’t know what to do first. We her family had to schedule a visit to connect with her for how full her calendar was . Till her final days after a severe stroke took her from us. To Their loving nursing care in TCU , to compassionate hospice care they helped her leave this world with love, care and dignity. All the while helping us her family accept what was ahead . Blessings on all of the staff who made her last year more fun than she has had in many years. From the maintenance man to the dining staff, aides and activity director, receptionist and spiritual staff all are doing Gods work. Blessings on all of them. We will miss our Mom so much and all of the wonderful staff at Arbor Lane assisted living and memory care.
When looking for memory care for my mother me and my siblings were extremely stressed about choosing a good place for mom. After choosing Arbor Lane all worrying was for not as my mom was now happy which makes us happy. Mom was a very social person and Arbor Lane filled those needs with the many activities available. The staff is top drawer, they only hire people that care about the residence. My mother passed away in late August after living at Arbor Lane for 7 years. From the start to the end i never doubted picking Arbor Lane for moms care. Randy Sterry
