Very clean, well-managed facility Our 90 year old Mom resides in the Memory Care unit at Arbor Landing Ocean Isle. The entire staff is extremely dedicated, very nice and compassionate, and provide exceptional care to our Mom. Linda, the sales director, is very informative and personable. Amy, the executive director, is very well-versed in all aspects of facilitating excellent care for all residents.

My 96 year old father has been in Independent Living at Arbor Landing for 1-1/2 years. The quality of care and service is unmatched. The employees are both professional and caring. Seven days a week the staff cleaning and sanitizing. I have eaten there and the meals are good and healthy. There are daily activities. My main contact is Linda in the front office and I can only say my wife and I love her. My cousins mother has been in memory care for 5 years and they feel the same about Arbor landing.
What a wonderful facility! Took a tour of Arbor Landing and the appearance is absolutely beautiful. A wonderful dining room for residents. All of the staff at Arbor Landing were so friendly, professional, helpful and happy to be there! The residents were very kind and shared how happy they were to be living at Arbor Landing. Overall a great facility!
Arbor Landing at Ocean Isle (ALOI) was a true blessing for our parents during the 3 and a half years that they were residents. The staff who cared for them day to day were patient, kind and professional...from the dining room, the business office, the cleaning staff, medical professionals and others. In addition, they consistently supported my sister and me as we navigated making important decisions. Our family highly recommends ALOI to anyone seeking excellent care in a warm, caring environment.
I would highly recommend Arbor Landing at Ocean Isle for anyone looking for senior living in Brunswick County. My father is currently a resident here and has been for several months. From the time that we walked through the doors to do a wonderful tour with Linda, met the nurse Dawn to do his move-in interview, moved my dad in with the help of Stacey, and getting his care services set up with Kim, the whole experience has been great. We trust that our dad is in great hands with all of the fantastic staff here. Communication from the director Amy is consistent and thorough and Kaitlyn the office manager is incredibly helpful. The activities provided are such a plus for my dad and they keep him active and social. It is very noticeable how much the staff cares about the residents here and they do a great job making it truly feel like a home for them.
