We have lived here for over 9 years; it is a great place to retire! Friendly, caring, engaged member residents. Safe, clean, well-maintained building with lots of amenities. Great easy living in a super location. Walking distance to Walgreens, Kowalski's, Caribou, Brueggers, Library, Community Center, and more! Many volunteer opportunities.
My grandparents recently moved in here and so far it's been a lovely place. Brand new building, nice underground garage, decent amount of guest parking, nice and helpful staff. Automatic doors and elevators along central hallways make accessibility easy for disabled people.
Applewood has many senior citizen resident condo complexes. They are always nicely appointed and clean.
