When I think of an assisted living facility, I think of honesty, integrity and trust. Caring for a loved one deserves all of these. I would not trust these guys at all even though my interaction was not with their day-to-day operations. However, when you lack character in any area, it speaks VOLUMES on poor character that spills over to all other aspects. A group of high school boys bought a used vehicle (bus) from this facility. As a seller, they did not disclose a major issue that they declined work on at two separate trips to the mechanic just two months before listing it. The boys noticed the issue was noticed the minute they brought the bus home. When it was brought to their attention, they were told “too bad”. When it was followed up with the specific mechanic, miles and recommended work they were told not to discuss it because there could be legal implications. Then, they went silent. The sad part is that these boys need to sell it because they don’t have the money to fix it up….. and they are going to disclose issues the sellers should have disclosed. A group of teenagers are showing higher integrity than a company that is supposed to care for aging, loved ones…… if I were considering this I’d definitely look elsewhere. Oh, and not surprisingly their reviews are not great either.

It was a great facility for my mom to go to before BRENT took over!! I feel bad cuz they have such nice residents that live there, that deserve the absolute best care, but there is no communication between Brent, even if you are paying privately. We have moved our mom and have been so much happier. It’s a shame that these residents have to deal with someone like that to be in charge of running a place that use to be just fine.
As a team member of Brighton Home Health and Hospice, I have the opportunity to visit Apple Tree Assisted Living frequently. One of the things that I think is unique and special about this facility is the amount of plants, fish, birds, and flowers that they have brought indoors! For some who live there I imagine getting outside is not always easy, and they have found a way to bring the positive impacts of being around plants inside the building. The calming influence of nature is felt when you walk inside in addition to their friendly and personable staff. I always see the residents here engaging in fun activities! I would recommend Apple Tree Assisted Living to a loved one.
Apple Tree is a beautiful facility that offers so much for our residents. The administrator and the entire staff love their jobs and are so accommodating and friendly to all the residents. They instantly become family! The residents that live there are happy and love what Apple Tree offers. If you haven’t been there you need to stop by and check it out! You won’t be disappointed.
My great grandma and grandpa used to go here. As a child I remember coming to visit, Playing pool, and walking down the halls admiring all the cages filled with beautiful parakeets. Do you still have those? My great grandma passed here sadly. Also remember their dining room. I don't remember what happened but you guys ended up kicking him out so he had to find another place to finish his last days. That's why its 4/5 stars. I work at a senior center now, so I respect what you guys do. Thank you.
