Through a difficult time Apple Rehab staff have been great to us and very accommodating. They have let us stay overnight to help through some anxiety issues and even allowed our dog to visit. My mother's limited mobility required a single room and they moved us to one within 24 hours. Obviously the staff has a difficult job and everyone is different but almost everyone has been genuinely caring and kind. Couldn't be more appreciative under difficult circumstances.

A friend is the after surgery. .She has not had a shower yet an has been there almost 2 weeks. Bandages an packing have not been done in 2 days finally night nurse did them lastnight an said it wasn't her job to do them. Has not had any medication until late even when she is supposed to have it 2 hours before meals. Litacaine patch was left on bedside table an not applied. Not special diet like dietician said she needs because of her surgery. This a terrible place
My father has been in Apple Rehab for the last two months and has received exceptional care. The staff has been extremely welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The director, Tim Flaherty, has been remarkable in overseeing the everyday care throughout the facility. He goes out of his way to assist with whatever you need. The staff and administration has made us feel at home at Apple.
My mother in law recently had the opportunity to have stayed at the Apple Rehab Center of Cromwell for 2 weeks. She had nothing but great things to say. The staff was inviting, warm, caring and would go out of there way to assist you with anything you would ask for. The administrator was a doll. He would stop in everyday to check in on her or just to say hello. She raved about the food and said every meal was delicious!! They would serve you 3 meals a day and would often stop by in between to see if you wanted or needed anything else. She would definitely refer this place to my family and friends. She can’t stop talking about Apple Rehab of Cromwell.
I’m pretty upset about how much the people who work at the rehab part talk about their patients to other patients like what meds they take how long they are there for also how they seem to put them down about how they are going to give them (the rehab place)a bad name because of the way they’re dressed. These people need to tighten up their belts and do a little bit of investigating and get that staff member out of there ASAP because people who have just been operated on does not need that type of harassment.
