The leadership at this building go above and beyond for all the residents. You can tell they truly care and are passionate about what they are doing.
Staff are always attentive to the needs of every resident. Hallways are so wide open and inviting.
I was a resident at aperion care of west Chicago for 9 years. They treated me with dignity and respect. I may have not liked some of the politics. But was how corporate ran things. After getting use this it made sense.
Absolutely a tremendous care facility. Although there is turnover in it's staff, there is a solid commitment to each resident. The management is superior in all respects. West Chicago is by far their strongest facility.
