I've been with AOK Bayern my entire life and I'm more than happy with it. No matter what questions I needed answers to, the friendly staff at the Herrsching branch always took plenty of time to answer them. I had to contact AOK Bayern from time to time, and everything always went smoothly. After a long trip around the world, I needed to register again, and Ms. Gavrilovska did an excellent job of helping me get everything back on track. A huge thank you for that 🫶🏼. With AOK Bayern, you can only do everything right.
The advice at this office, AOK Herrsching, is very competent, helpful, friendly - even warm. I went to the branch with an issue that was exciting to me and the calm, professional, personal advice reassured me and gave me a feeling of security. For the third time, the employees lose the documents (invoices and applications) that were given to them! You have to run after everything! Nothing is entered and at the end we are told you didn't give it to us! And you should register online, but if you don't know this beforehand, you'll bring the things there directly!!!
Clearly, the extreme shortage of skilled workers is taking hold here as well! Refusing to treat a diabetic woman with heart disease from Bulgaria with an EU health insurance card is not far removed from a criminal offense of failure to provide assistance! Supreme incompetence! This applies to the AOK consultant as well as to the practice staff, including the doctor.
