The facility is very nice, modern and open, unfortunately the facility had forgotten to check the medical records/living will but the worst thing of all, I wasn't called when there was an emergency, even though my number was on file. I wasn't informed by the hospital until the next day, but by then it was already too late. This is unforgivable, unprofessional and shameful…. In this case, it would probably be better for you to contact me than the other way around. Not to mention that there's nothing left to process because my mother passed away and I couldn't say goodbye because no one called me, EVEN THOUGH they had my number.
