The residential facility is furnished according to age. It is a mixed-age, open-minded and communicative team that treats the residents very lovingly. A very nice, competent and young boss who takes time for her relatives. My mother really enjoyed her stay there Thanks to everyone who works there.

My mother has been staying at the Ansgar Wohnstift Bernau since June 4th, 2020. Despite Corona restrictions, we have only had positive experiences so far. Be it help with authorities, visiting arrangements, accommodation, care, dealing with my mother. She says herself that she feels very comfortable, but if someone says otherwise, she can't understand it. The staff is helpful and very accommodating. We are very happy to have chosen the Ansgar Wohnstift.
Absolutely disgusting!!!...This "residential facility" is more like a sanatorium. The seniors are processed as if on an assembly line and there is absolutely no sign of humanity. Even visitors are not accepted and are immediately banned from the house, so it doesn't matter that the resident is completely exhausted and just cries with longing. Employees only receive temporary contracts and are unscrupulously dismissed when they become ill. The whole thing resembles a corporation that is simply interested in making a profit but has completely lost sight of what's important. A shame and very sad to see how our “old people” are treated. Do you deserve something like that after sacrificing your health for the country, after many years of hard work? SHAME ON YOURSELF!!!
