Renata and all of the staff at Woodberry Village were amazing whilst my father Doug was in their care for over 6 years. Nursing staff, leisure staff, kitchen staff, laundry/cleaning staff and admin staff were all caring and couldn't do enough to help us. Meals were varied and high quality and leisure staff made sure the residents were taken on outings and given varied activities on a regular basis. My dad became part of their family and was greeted with a smile and treated with respect. Having a coffee shop there also gave the residents and their families a place to meet and have morning tea or lunch with great views. I feel Woodberry Village go above and beyond with their time and the care was excellent.

My grandfather was left in server pain after a fall. The staff and even doctors refused to acknowledge his situation. After a week and a half he was finally admitted to hospital where his condition was classified extremely serious (his blood had become infected, if left longer it could have resulted in death). This is disgraceful!
My Mother is a resident and couldn't be happier. The staff are caring and helpful the complex has been renovated recently to the highest degree I can't fault it in any way.
Good place. Nice infrastructure, beautiful architecture, modern design Aged care facility. Independent rooms for each resident. Nice and clean place.
It is a very nice place for elderly residents with special care provided to them.
