It is with great concern that I express my dismay regarding the operations of Angel Care Transportation. The organization appears to lack the professionalism that is paramount in the transportation of vulnerable populations, particularly individuals with disabilities. Reports indicate that their drivers and staff may not possess the necessary competence to fulfill their duties effectively, which raises serious questions about the safety and well-being of their passengers. Furthermore, it is troubling to note that there have been allegations of misinformation provided to state officials tasked with overseeing the care of disabled individuals. Given the critical nature of these services, it is alarming that Angel Care Transportation continues to maintain its license in the state of Massachusetts despite these concerns. The condition of their vehicles is also a significant issue. Observations have revealed broken doors, non-functional seat belts, and overall cleanliness that falls well below acceptable standards. Compounding this situation is the fact that their drivers may not be adequately trained to handle the specific needs of their passengers. In light of these serious deficiencies, I strongly believe that a reevaluation of their licensing is warranted. If I had the option to assign a zero rating to their services, I would unequivocally do so. It is imperative that we ensure the safety and dignity of our most vulnerable citizens, and the current state of Angel Care Transportation raises profound concerns in this regard.

never used this company but not sure i could ever trust it after watching one of their drivers on route 2 near concord to emerson hospital. with one lane closed off by police, the driver drove in the middle of the lane and tailgated the driver in front of them so nobody could merge however i was safely able to get in front of them, but when the right lane opened back up the driver proceeded to floor it going presumably well over the speed limit and then cut back in front of me just to slam on the breaks and then change lanes after successfully break checking me. i then watched them do this to multiple drivers. lastly as i was turning towards emerson hospital i got to see up close, the driver fiddling with their phone. surely wouldn’t trust my angel in their care.
Angel Care At Home, thumbs up! I am a friend of a current resident in Angel Care. I'm not residing there but I often visit my friend there. Going by what my friend has told me about the facility, and what I've personally seen during my visit, I would rate the facility and their service as exceptionally good. It is a very convenient place because they have very clean rooms, pleasant and engaging staff, etc. My interactions with other residents there show that they are also very satisfied and happy to be there. As long as Angel Care At Home is nationally recognized by Community Health Accreditation Partner (CHAP), and it also provides medical treatments, it is hard to say if Angel Care is more about private medicaid or medicare. In any case, I would give them 5 / 5 stars rating on both, and I will strongly recommend the facility. I hardly write reviews. if I am not mistaken, I think this is the first time I am writing a review about a facility or service. Once again, Angel Care, thumbs up, and keep up the good work.
This company doesn't fit the name of the company.there is no level of communication you don't know if the driver is on time late or never pick you up.at first you feel like this company might be the one.the reliable one because for 3-5 days in a row you get in a routine with the driver if you can get them to communicate with you otherwise you are left with stress of waiting on hold with mart to report company and have a same-day ride sched could well is frustrating cuz you are now waiting for a new company to take you to your apartment that angel. Care didn't take you to now you wait 90 min for new ride.
Angel Care At Home are very reliable, Professional and very kind. They provide one of best home care in New England Area. Patient care and safety are their number one priority. The company attends to their clients needs at any time of the day. Will definitely recommend them to everyone.
