I do not know how this place has 4.2 stars but considering the last 6 reviews happened a day ago I am going to assume they asked people. This place is disgusting and unprofessional. Plus, I don’t know who said the director was good at customer service when she is not. This place used to have different management and was a bit better but was still bad. Don’t bring your loved ones here.
This is one of the most professional facilities I have had the opportunity to see. The staff was very welcoming and the building was clean. The admission process was stress free thanks to Daniel Barrios. Daniel was always responsive and worked diligently to ensure my client had the best experience. My client felt right at home the moment she viewed the apartments. I would recommend this facility to anyone. It's heaven on earth. Daniel thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your hard work.
I love this place! Daniel and Sarah give great customer service. I love my private apartment. I've made a lot of friends here.
