My uncle is a patient at Anderson Oaks. He is my mother's younger brother at 85 yrs of age.Family members were so fortunate to have a conversation and be in the presence of one of the angels who works at Anderson Oaks. Brittany Gore shared her experience of taking care of my uncle. She interacted with him today with such loving care. Brittany has a special gift of caring for the elderly and we feel so blessed to have her interacting and caring for my uncle. Anderson Oaks is so fortunate to have workers like her with her faith and loving personality. Thank you so much! 🙏❤️🙏

If I could give this senior center a -100 I would. They killed my mom. They let her rot in her own pee wouldn’t give her the correct medicine overdosed her on one occasion because the nurse was too busy on her phone, where another caretaker had to call me to rush over there so that she could be taken by ambulance to the local hospital. If you care for your loved ones, I highly suggest either removing them from that place or not doing it at all. Trust me when I say if I could sue them for what my mother went through I would.
I want to know how they can turn my dad away because of his dementia. I bet plenty of residents have dementia. Dad had to go for an assessment. He was so nice to the director. So that tells me that the SC House calls nurses have been talking and did not want my dad there so their negativity towards my dad impacted a decision. Did not know discrimination could be made over hearsay from a nurse that had my dad before. What a sorry staff they have in charge!
We can't thank the Anderson Oaks staff enough for the wonderful care they are providing for Tom's father. He has been at Anderson Oaks for three months now and enjoys all of the activities and good food. The staff is always so helpful and we know he is safe as well as happy. Moving a loved one into a Assisted Living facility is never easy but the Anderson Oaks family (that's how you come to think of the staff) has made it a positive experience for everyone involved. A special thanks to everyone at Anderson Oaks.
I want to thank the administration, nursing staff, and caregivers at Anderson Oaks for the wonderful and compassionate care they gave my mother, Lois Euralee Dubose, during her stay with them.. They were amazing at answering all our concerns and phone calls. Always responsive and returned calls promptly. We were blessed to have her at such a wonderful facility. Thanks for all you do! Sincerely, Linda Shelley and the DuBose Family
