Anand Vihar is an upcoming upscale community of beautifully designed homes with amazing amenities. The houses are built with attention to exquisite detail and taste and excellent plans. We can definitely see this becoming one of the best places to live in Tampa....

With its amazing central location, Anand Vihar is ideal for anyone who is looking for a fresh new living experience. I am so happy to see such beautiful model homes in my area of Tampa. After living in this area of Tampa for over 15 years, I feel that this community style living is just right for anyone looking to retire without the "retirement community" look! I was so impressed to learn about the yoga and meditation spaces. Anand Vihar also has a cafeteria and prayer area... there is not much more I can say about this place other than it's just "amazing" :)
I have been looking for a retirement community for my parents who currently live in the northeast. The Anand Vihar team has been professional, courteous and overall great to work with. The plans are spacious and well designed. Looking forward to visiting frequently!
