During a hiring appointment, the gentleman was on sick leave and unfortunately someone else didn't adjust my new hearing aid correctly, she also seemed annoyed, and the acoustics are right not and way too loud. She gave me a sheet to sign to accept the hearing aid. Long waiting time to get an appointment for only 10 minutes of treatment.😪

I went to Mr. Rheingans for a free hearing test. The evaluation was congruent with that of my ENT. That was already perfect. Afterwards, competent and friendly advice and free carrying of possible devices. I decided on a hearing aid with volume control via the app. Not inexpensive, but super customizable. I could have tried another in-ear device, but after 10 days I decided on this little miracle thing. I can hear all the high tones on the left again. Great!👍 Thank you for the advice and the settlement with the health insurance company. Absolute recommendation 👍

I've been there three times now during regular opening hours, and each time it's closed, whether at 2:15 p.m. or 5:00 p.m.... always closed without notice... Too bad, now I have to look for something in Wiesbaden... it's annoying to always drive from Lindschied to Wiesbaden just because it's not available in SWA
My wife and I were invited to a free hearing test as part of a nationwide campaign, which we carried out at Amplifon in Bad Schwalbach. We showed up on time for the appointment we had arranged over the phone and were immediately asked into the testing room. After a short wait, the specialist store manager appeared and explained the test procedure to us. Hearing ability at 10 frequencies was tested and recorded for each ear. The result was printed out upon request. After about 20 minutes we were finished. Since we are both over 60, we will repeat the test in a year because everything seemed professional and tidy.
