The facility & staff are great…taking great care of my wife who’s confined to a wheelchair for all moving around the facility. My only complaint is that the kitchenette area is not cleaned up enough, and outdated menus & bulletins are not removed, including used napkins. I do this clean-up everytime I visit her on a daily basis. Aides need to include this as part of their daily jobs. Thanks, Michael Mchugh.

I always enjoy visiting with Dad Landino and all the staff at American House Somerset. They took excellent care of him. They also kept me updated when I couldn’t be there. I would highly recommend American House Somerset for your loved ones.💗
I visited my sister today in memory care & many residents were participating in a sing-a-long. We went out to talk in an enclosed outdoor garden on a covered patio, enjoying some snacks & all the beautiful blooms. While there, everyone seemed very happy & engaged. The staff were friendly & helpful, making this a lovely visit on a beautiful day!
The care my husband received in memory care was wonderful. Every single person on staff was both caring and professional. From the most critical of issues to the smallest details, they didn’t miss a thing. They were creative problem solvers and solid advocates for his care. Our family is extremely grateful.
My mother has been a resident at Anthology of Troy for the last four years. The staff does an outstanding job caring for our family members. The leadership is very professional in handling difficult situations (Covid, flu and a building flood when a pipe burst) always putting their residence first in their decision making. I have personally taken the time to get to know many of the staff members and can tell you that quality care and kindness is at the top of their list of priorities.
