My wife & I had an orientation meeting with Ginger (Director of Sales & Marketing) & facility tour today. We were pleasantly surprised by a sign on reception desk welcoming our planned visit with our names shown and were not required to check in via computer. We were promptly greeted & escorted to a meeting room by Ginger. This is incredibly thoughtful/friendly/courteous welcoming protocol! We got sufficient information on features, benefits, floor plans & schedule of fees in addition to brief tour of the facility. We are fully satisfied with the visit and keep it for advance planning of our potential assisted living options in the future.

We moved my Dad into this home two months ago and we have had an amazing experience! The staff are friendly and professional. I am happy to recommend Mt. Prospect Senior Living for people looking for assisted living services!
Beautiful community! Everyone is so welcoming as soon as you walk in the door! I cannot express how helpful the team is and how caring they are towards their residents! Highly recommend!
The staff is wonderful. The food, terrible. Could you eat this? You get pleanty of sandwhiches, fries, potatoes, and pasta. Peas and carrots will make a rare appearence. This is not a balanced senior meal. You should have a protient, veggie, starch and grain, You do not get this here. Food is not edible. Someone please help these seniors.
I highly recommend Mount Prospect Senior Living if you are looking for a place for your loved one. It is truly a great level of comfort knowing my grandmother is being cared for by people who truly care. The Executive Director and his team do a great job and always go above and beyond for my grandmother.
