I am very lucky to be here as a resident. Staff is extremely helpful and supportive because they have great managers like Mohamed and Lisa. I feel like I am at home and Happy to call this my new home. They had special food arrangements by providing me Halal food.

My mother has been living here about 1.5 years. Overall it has been nice, very few complaints. When we moved her in the Executive Director was Carmen. Then Carmen left suddenly and now the Executive Director is Mohammed. Haven't had any real interaction with him, and everything seemed to be going as normal. Until this weekend when I visited my mom. The parking lot is very small, and especially if your loved one is in the assisted living part, there's only 2 marked handicapped spots, and the others go down the building in a line, further and further away from the main entrance. My mom has mobility issues and it is nice when I am able to get a close spot in front to take her out on rides and errands. This weekend, I noticed that the front most accessible spot wasn't turned into another handicapped spot like it should have, but now a "reserved" spot for the Executive Director. I also saw that the two parking spots after the only 2 handicapped spots are now "reserved for future residents". This made me so mad. First, you realize your whole business is catering to the elderly? Family visits, friends, caretakers, medical staff, AH staff, spouses, hospice workers, the list goes on. Why would you take one of the most accessible and elderly friendly spots in a small parking lot and give it to YOURSELF. That screams selfish. Another, why do "future residents" or those coming to tour need special spots when you are taking away from the people that actually live/work there? That screams money grabbing to me. It completely rubbed me the wrong way and I will be looking out for more "updates" that are catering to bringing money in, rather than making the experience and life of residents and their family better. We picked this place because everyone really seemed to CARE about the people who lived here and needed help, and gave excellent support to the family/friends of those people.
My Grandma has the best care here. She is so happy, the staff are amazing, and they go above and beyond for their residents!
My family and I are thrilled that we found such a wonderful place for my mom. The building is very clean and smelled good, staff is extremely friendly and helpful (everyone was always smiling). Lisa and Mohamed made the entire process seamless (they’re seriously wonderful). We toured many communities before finding this gem. We got that “cozy warm welcoming” feeling while visiting. Definitely Recommend!
It was ok we did talk to a representative and she explained everything we had asked eventhough we didnt see the rooms because of my Mom didnt feel like it. But the energy in the facility it just didnt feel right to me.
