My mom has been in here since January 20th 2023 and she loves it. Jessica and Kathy were very awesome and knowledgeable about American House. There is a medical team on staff that does an excellent job on taking care of the people there. There is a cleaning crew,Carrie that cleans your room and does great work. Sue does an awesome job on doing all the laundry for the people. They feed you 3 meals a day and plenty of activities to do. My mom said she loves it here and also making new friends. I would definitely recommend this place and the staff are very nice and good.

My aunt lives here and loves it! What a wonderful independent living community! The food is delicious and they have entertainment all the time. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend if your loved one is looking for a senior living community!
I've had my loved one there for almost 4 years now and he LOVES it there. He raves about the food and the people there. He loves playing Bingo and doing the Senior Olympics. He gets shower and medicine administration support from the Medical Team, the company that is contracted to provide patient support. If I have any questions or concerns, Kathy, Jessica, and Becky are happy to work with me to resolve them.
This is the worst facility ever. Mother-in-law lived here 3 months too long. Bad management and staff especially the clinical staff. They lack empathy. Clinical staff (untrained). They hire anyone WITHOUT doing background checks. My mother- in-laws items were stolen by staff multiple times. Please place hidden surveillance cameras in your loved ones rooms. There was a incident where my Mother-in-law fell multiple times from her wheelchair and nobody from the clinical team came to her aid after using her medical alert button. She had bruising all over her body. Poor quality of food unfit for human consumption. She ended up with a skin infection and rash due lack of showers. They were billing us for weekly showers. However during her 3 month stay. They only gave her one shower. We are in the process of hiring an attorney. We have all the evidence of neglect and abuse.
I have lived at American House since May 1st, 2016. I needed some assistance and didn't want to live alone. I have been very happy here. The staff is very nice, I think the food is excellent, they do my laundry and clean my room. Highly recommended.
