The American house is one of the finest senior care facilities I have ever been in. My mother lived there prior to passing away and my sister is still there. A Testament of how great this place is, many of the staff have been there for well over 10 years. We drop in on my sister frequently and her treatment seen and unseen is is 5 star
I sent my dad better to be based for. The medical staff is totally useless. The one star is because of the medical team. The place is nice and very clean. Just wish they would do netted by my dad
The Customer Service team is great. We just felt like the Assisted Living Part is too high. Didn't appreciate Dawn attitude of chasing us around, knocking & just walking in without an invite. I don't like being tracked down.
Recently toured the community and found it to be bright, clean and welcoming. The staff and residents said Hi as I walked the community. I would recommend families to put this community on their list of places to tour.
